Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a confidential and collaborative process that offers a safe space for self-exploration and personal growth. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, I work with clients to navigate challenges, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies. Tailored to each person's unique needs, I will incorporate various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, Narrative, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), aiming to enhance self-awareness, alleviate distress, and foster positive changes in thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Whether addressing specific issues or seeking personal development, individual therapy empowers individuals to gain insight, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering a path towards emotional well-being and fulfillment.

Family therapy

Family therapy is a transformative process that focuses on understanding and improving communication, dynamics, and relationships within a family unit. This collaborative approach involves working with all members to explore patterns, address conflicts, and strengthen connections. By creating a supportive environment, family therapy encourages open dialogue and mutual understanding, aiming to identify and resolve issues that impact the family system. Using various techniques and interventions, I will assist families in developing healthier ways of interacting, fostering empathy, and enhancing resilience. Whether navigating major life transitions, resolving conflicts, or improving overall family functioning, family therapy offers a space for growth, healing, and nurturing stronger, more fulfilling relationships within the family structure.

Couples therapy

In my practice, I deeply understand the complexities and nuances of relationships. My couples therapy sessions are crafted to nurture open communication, rebuild trust, and navigate the challenges that often arise between partners. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I collaborate closely with couples to uncover underlying issues, enhance mutual understanding, and equip them with effective tools to resolve conflicts. Whether you're grappling with communication breakdowns, trust issues, intimacy concerns, or navigating significant life changes, my aim is to provide a supportive space where both partners can reconnect, rediscover shared values, and foster a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Brainspotting

(Derived from EMDR)

Brainspotting, a powerful and innovative approach, delves into the brain-body connection to address trauma, emotional pain, and other challenging experiences. This method works on the premise that eye positions can access specific parts of the brain related to trauma and stress. By identifying 'brainspots'—eye positions correlating with these inner experiences—this therapy allows individuals to process and release deep-seated emotional wounds and distress. Through a gentle and focused exploration of these neural connections, Brainspotting offers a pathway to accessing the body's natural ability to heal, promoting profound emotional and psychological relief.
