Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT140264)

Hello, I'm Jennifer Kashou, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University of Northridge. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT).

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, general life stressors, life transitions, relational issues, and more. I have experience and training in Brainspotting therapy, which is a powerful approach for addressing trauma and various mental health issues. I typically utilize an eclectic approach, which means that I pull from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each individual. You may find me utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and more. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and ultimately find healing and growth.

I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate through life's challenges and find strength in their relationships.
